Vintage Bargains!

Here are some of my latest vintage finds on my travels around local charity shops – more books!

The rug that they’re photographed on is a vintage find too and will make some lovely cushions- probably!

There’s a Rupert annual, a kitsch Famous Five story book and  a really interesting ‘ The Art of the Typewriter’ book. My mum remembers there being a fad for making pictures out of typewriting text. I can recall her old typewriter- it weighed a ton!!

Tomorrow I need to get up early (for a half term break anyway!) to get ready for the children’s art workshop. Hopefully the first of many! Wish me luck!
